Before you start
How do I get started?
Send us your current site, or tell us you don’t have one. We look at it, tell you what would help most, and send a fixed written quote listing the pages, revision rounds and anything not included. Work starts when you approve it.
Which service do I need?
No site, or one that looks dated: a website. A site that works but nobody looks after: a care plan. Customers search for you nearby: local SEO. Enquiries and bookings scattered across email, calls and messages: a connected system, from a booking integration on your site to automation.
Do you look after my site after launch?
Yes, if you want us to. Care plans cover hosting, software and security updates, monthly backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly allowance of small edits. Or we hand the site over to you or your host.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Add pages as you grow (each one quoted first), move from Essential Care to Growth Care, or add local SEO once the site is ready. Nothing has to be bought at once.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and your words, photos and logo stay yours. If you move on, we hand over your content and help move the site.
Is there work I can see?
The sites on this page are our own concept builds for fictional businesses, made to show the standard. Client case studies go on our work page once clients agree in writing.
