Tell us where your site is hosted and what worries you about it. Sites we build start care on launch day. For a site someone else built, we start with a paid health check, fix anything agreed, then the monthly plan begins.
Hosting for one site, core, plugin and security updates, monthly backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly allowance of small edits: up to 15 minutes on Essential Care, 45 minutes on Business Care and 1.5 hours on Growth Care. Business Care adds a quarterly health check; Growth Care adds a plain-English monthly report with SEO checks.
Monitoring alerts us, and we aim to reply to urgent problems within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. We tell you what’s wrong and what happens next, and restore from the latest monthly backup if that’s the fastest fix.
Updating prices, opening hours or team members, swapping a photo, or adding a short new section. New pages and design changes are quoted before we start.
