Clear minutes Each package includes a set number of call minutes a month.
Early warning We alert you at 80% and 100% of your minutes.
A firm limit Above your minutes it keeps answering up to 150% of them, then stops answering until next month. Paid extra minutes aren’t available yet.
Calls up to 10 minutes Each call is limited to 10 minutes.
Good to know How do I get started? Choose a package and tell us about your business. We check your phone line and booking system, write the script with you, and run test calls together before it goes live. You pay the setup and first month once we’ve confirmed your setup.
Will callers know it’s an AI? Yes. The greeting always says it’s an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. The setup checks refuse any script that doesn’t.
What happens if I use all my minutes? We alert you at 80% and 100%. It keeps answering up to 150% of your minutes, then stops answering until the next month starts, so calls go to your usual voicemail or line. You can move up a package at any time.
Can it book appointments? Yes, into a supported booking system. Before setup we confirm your system works with it. If it isn’t supported, it takes the booking request as a message instead.
What won’t it do? It doesn’t give clinical, legal or financial advice, take payments or make outbound calls, and it isn’t for emergency lines. It only states facts from the script you approve.
