One-off: you pay once for a finished project, like a website. Monthly: an ongoing service billed each month, like website care or video. Setup: a one-off fee to build something before its monthly service starts, like a workflow or AI receptionist.
How do I get started? Fixed-price packages: choose your package, pay securely and tell us about your business. We’ll review your requirements and confirm the next steps after your order. Websites take a 50% deposit, with the balance payable before handover. Bespoke and “from” prices are quoted first, and nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
How long will it take? We’ll confirm your project timeline after reviewing your requirements. For larger projects, we’ll agree a clear schedule with you before work begins.
Can I change or cancel a monthly plan? Yes. Monthly plans can move up at any time. Each plan’s package details show its minimum term and notice. There are no exit fees.
Are there any other costs? Some things are paid directly to other companies, such as your domain name, software subscriptions or ad spend. Each package lists them before you commit. No VAT is charged.
Is the October Flash Launch the same as these prices? No. The Flash Launch is a separate set of small, fixed-scope services at launch prices until Friday 30 October at 5pm, on the Flash offers page. The prices here are our permanent packages.
